Books form ideal gifts, and for avid readers, a VIP Home Library Scheme (VIP HLS) membership could just make their day. For the little ones it could bring about an interest in books and stimulate curiosity, which is an essential factor for developing a receptive mind.

On becoming a member, you can purchase Malayalam books worth Rs. 1250/- at a discount price of Rs. 900/-, payable through nine installments. Also Rs.1000/- worth English books can be bought at a price of Rs. 900/-. This amount too can be paid in nine installments. To join this scheme, contact your nearest DC Books/Current Books store or write to the main office at Kottayam.

Terms and Conditions 

• VIP Home Library Scheme can be availed only by Current Books VIP members.
• If a person has more than one membership, then he/she can make use of each membership to buy books as mentioned above.
• The Rs.100/- installments should be paid on the 10th of every month for nine months
• The payment should be made at the same branch from where the purchase was made. If due to any reason the payment could not be remitted at the same branch, a Money Order or Demand Draft may be sent to Current Books, Administrative Office, Kottayam- 686001. Cheques are not acceptable. The VIP number should be indicated in all money orders, coupons, letters and other correspondences.
• On payment at a Current Books/DC Books branch, a receipt will be issued. If the amount is sent by MO, the MO coupon may be saved as receipt. DDs should be sent crossed.
• A member can avail the scheme offers many times until the expiry of the membership. However a new purchase cannot be made until the previous transaction has been cleared.
• Even though the condition is to pay the installments in nine months, more than one installment can be paid at a time.
• The installments need to be paid on time and overdue is not encouraged. If a member fails to pay for more than three times, the amount deposited during membership will not be refunded. Also the member will lose his/her membership.
  If the members do not want to continue the membership, or have more than one membership, they may transfer it to a friend.
• If any legal dispute related to VIP Book Club arises the adjudication territory will be Kottayam.
